i retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork (i can post it on my socials/use as an exmaple)

you are allowed to post the final product with proper credit (or use as profile picture, banner etc.)

payment is upfront through paypal or blik

no refunds unless i am unable to finish your commission due to circumstances

it will take me between a few days to a month to finish your commission. i will contact you regarding any delays

any major changes can be requested during the sketch phase. once the sketch is approved, i will accept only minor changes due to mistakes or inaccuracies on my part

reselling and editing the commissioned artwork is prohibited

using the commissioned artwork or any of my other pieces for nft or ai training is prohibited

i have the right to decline your commission if it makes me uncomfortable
